Table of contents for Flash: Scrolling Backgrounds
- Flash: Scrolling Backgrounds
- Flash: Scrolling Backgrounds Pt.2
Okay. So somebody requested last time the scrolling background tutorial, so that’s what I do. What you wanna to do is get like a tile or something. Like this I have, and play in flash.
And wow, you wanna trace the bit map, I haven’t had. You can go to modify the bit map, trace bit map, trace it and leave it as a movie clip. Then align it to the size or select that align it to the back and bottom. So that’s like that. Then what you wanna do is kind of just, you gonna like duplicated across the stage. So you wanna to sake of a whole stage, so there is no point where you say like a blank piece. So you just gonna tile across and line it up as you go. So alright, now there will be aligned, I wanna extra over him, just gonna delete it. Alright now you wanna take all of them, just click the frame one, press F8, give it a name.
Just a call all whatever, then just copy and paste all in a place and just put it right over here, right next so you can line it up again.
In case you didn’t see the video in part 1 of this series… here it is again.
